Kash Browne, HR/Employee Benefits

Kash has 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, as follows: 7 years as an independent benefit consulting executive providing services to business and individuals in the western United States. 8 years as a Senior Account Executive with an International benefits consulting company handling over 40 major clients in the Pacific Northwest. 13 years with a major health insurance provider. 2 years as an Account Executive with a TPA (Third Party Administrator).

Kash holds industry designations including Managed Healthcare Professional (MHP) from Health Insurance Association of America (HIAA) as-well-as the Self Funding Academy Designation (SFA). She has accumulated over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry and has developed a reputation for providing an extremely high level of personal service, expertise and competency.

J. Miles Browne, Principal/Operations

J. Miles Browne, Principal/Operations, joined Kash Browne & Company in 2001 to implement appropriate technologies and manage overall business operations. He has over 25 years experience in business management and his career has included a variety of management roles in both technical and non-technical arenas. Prior to joining Kash Browne & Company, he spent 5 years guiding statewide planning for information technology (IT) at the State of Idaho, 8 years managing voice and data communication worldwide for an international engineering and construction company, and 10 years in sales and marketing of telecommunication systems for a telecommunication industry leader.

Mr. Browne received his Bachelor of Business Administration, major in finance from Idaho State University.
