William (Bill) Post started his insurance career after graduating from Boise State University in 1968. After working for Industrial Indemnity as an underwriter and marketing representative, Bill joined Henry-Rust & Co. agency in 1974. When Henry-Rust sold to Fred S. James, Bill started the process of opening his own agency with his primary goal to provide the construction industry with insurance and surety expertise.
Bill has been an active member of the AGC since 1974 where he has served on many committees' including Workers Compensation and currently the Safety committee. He has served as the National Associated Director and received the Presidents Award in 1995. He is the only non-contractor member to ever receive the prestigious AGC "SIR" Award. |

Terry Robb

Terry graduated from Boise State University with a degree in Business Management/Finance. He joined Post Insurance Inc. as a Surety Manager in 1999. Terry has been in the surety industry since 1980, beginning as an underwriter for Reliance Surety Company. In 1984, Terry became the branch manager of Reliance Surety Company's Boise office, managing a significant contract and miscellaneous surety book of business in Idaho and Utah. During the 15 years Terry was manager, Reliance Surety Company was the largest writer of bonds in both those states.
Terry is actively involved in the AGC of Idaho. He currently serves as Secretary/Treasurer, is Chairman of the Finance Committee, and is a member of the Board of Directors. Terry also currently serves on the National AGC's surety committee. |

Clint graduated with a degree in insurance from Minnesota West College. He began his insurance career in 1997 as a Commercial Lines Underwriter with the Continental Western Group. He joined Post Insurance in October of 2000 as a commercial producer. Clint has a working knowledge of the insurance market place and specializes in a number of industries (i.e. construction, school districts, manufacturing, hospitality, transportation and many more.)
Clint is an active member with the Exchange Club of Boise, Idaho, Drug Free Idaho, Idaho Trusted Choice Junior Golf Classic, and the Independent Insurance Agents of Idaho - Young Agents Committee.
Clint was recognized as one of the 2007 Idaho Business Review's Accomplished Under 40 recipients. |

Kip McBean

Kip began his insurance career in 1989 with Aetna Property & Casualty. Prior to joining Post Insurance, he was employed by Marsh & McLennan, an international broker, with local offices in Boise. He has an extensive backround in Insurance claims and was Claim Manager for Aetna/Boise in the early 1990's. He was in charge of handling National Account clients with operations in Idaho, including Morrison Knudsen, Champion Homes, Blount, Marie Callendar restaurants, and First Security Bank. He has been active in trade associations and held positions on regional insurance committees. Kip has taught insurance classes to other industry professionals.
Kip graduated from Metropolitan State College (Denver) with a Bachelor of Science, Finance, and has also earned the following insurance professional designations: Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU); Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC); and Associate in Surety & Fidelity Bonding (AFSB) |

After graduating from Boise State University with a degree in Marketing in 1988, Cynthia worked for two professional associations in Marketing positions, a commercial photographer, and the Idaho Travel Council before landing at Post Insurance. In her last position before Post Insurance, she worked for Associated General Contractors of Idaho as Membership Services Director.
Cynthia has served with Post Insurance Services since 1993, and currently takes care of all financial aspects of our business, licensing, payroll management and Marketing. |

Mary has worked in personal/commercial lines and is now the Office Manager, Surety Assistant and Technology Coordinator.

Lori joined Post Insurance Services, Inc. in 2007 as a Sr. Customer Service Agent. Lori's vast insurance career includes a wide variety of specialties from both the company and brokerage arena in Communications/Marketing, Administration, Underwriting, Account Management and Customer Service. She specialized in Aviation and Commercial Ocean Marine insurance in the Pacific Northwest for approximately 16 years and has been an Account Manager/Customer Service Agent in the Commerical Property & Casualty industry since 1997.
Lori also has a unique background in Human Resources and departmental management, providing her additional experience in business operations and client risk assessment. Her clients have included large commercial exposures anywhere from Aircraft operators to the restaurant & bar operations.
Lori continues to grow in her insurance education and is currently working to obtain her CRM.
Lori keeps her self well involved in Professional and Service Organizations, such as: Special Olympics of Idaho, Paint the town, Women's Fitness Celebration, American Diabetes and many others.

Liz started in the insurance industry in 1994 in Las Vegas, Nevada as a personal lines customer service representative and agent for an independent agency. Before she left she was the assistant office manager of 30 employees. Liz moved to Boise, ID in 1996 where she continued to work for Independent Insurance Agencies, some of her employers have been the largest insurance brokers in the world. Liz also worked on the insurance carrier side of the business for four years learning underwriting and rating processes.
She is currenlty enrolled in the Society of Certified Insurance Counselor program, where she continues to gain strong coverage knowledge so she can properly assess her clients' exposures. She is also an active volunteer in the community with one cause near and dear to heart being Special Olympics. Liz joined Post Insurance Services in 2007 as a licensed agent where she serves as the marketing coordinator/agent for the office. |

After retiring in 1999, she returned to the workforce in 2003 with Post Insurance as an assistant in the commercial department. |
