After graduating from Boise State University with a degree in Marketing in 1988, Cynthia worked for two professional associations in Marketing positions, a commercial photographer, and the Idaho Travel Council before landing at Post Insurance. In her last position before Post Insurance, she worked for Associated General Contractors of Idaho as Membership Services Director.

Cynthia has served with Post Insurance Services since 1993, and currently takes care of all financial aspects of our business, licensing, payroll management and Marketing.

Mary started her insurance career in 1989 in Personal Lines and joined Post Insurance in 1995. 

Mary has worked in personal/commercial lines and is now the Office Manager, Surety Assistant and Technology Coordinator.

She has completed her Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) and Accredited Customer Service Representative (ACSR) designations. Mary is also an active member of NAWIC.

Cindy has been in the insurance industry since 1969. She began her career with Post Insurance in 1998 in the personal lines department.  She also handles the Horse Mortality market and Farm Owners Packages.

She has earned her Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation; Certified Professional Insurance Woman (CPIW) designation; Accredited Customer Service Representative (ACSR) designation; and is an active member in the Boise Insurance Professionals.

Lori joined Post Insurance Services, Inc. in 2007 as a Sr. Customer Service Agent.  Lori's vast insurance career includes a wide variety of specialties from both the company and brokerage arena in Communications/Marketing, Administration, Underwriting, Account Management and Customer Service.  She specialized in Aviation and Commercial Ocean Marine insurance in the Pacific Northwest for approximately 16 years and has been an Account Manager/Customer Service Agent in the Commerical Property & Casualty  industry since 1997.

Lori also has a unique background in Human Resources and departmental management, providing her additional experience in business operations and client risk assessment.  Her clients have included  large commercial exposures anywhere from Aircraft operators to the restaurant & bar operations. 

Lori continues to grow in her insurance education and is currently working to obtain her CRM.

Lori keeps her self well involved in Professional and Service Organizations, such as: Special Olympics of Idaho, Paint the town, Women's Fitness Celebration, American Diabetes and many others. 

Liz started in the insurance industry in 1994 in Las Vegas, Nevada as a personal lines customer service representative and agent for an independent agency.  Before she left she was the assistant office manager of 30 employees.  Liz moved to Boise, ID in 1996 where she continued to work for Independent Insurance Agencies, some of her employers have been the largest insurance brokers in the world.  Liz also worked on the insurance carrier side of the business for four years learning underwriting and rating processes.

She is currenlty enrolled in the Society of Certified Insurance Counselor program, where she continues to gain strong coverage knowledge so she can properly assess her clients' exposures.  She is also an active volunteer in the community with one cause near and dear to heart being Special Olympics.  Liz joined Post Insurance Services in 2007 as a licensed agent where she serves as the marketing coordinator/agent for the office. 

Rhonda started in the insurance industry in 1990 working for two family owned Independent Agencies in Oregon. Her career began specializing in auto and homeowners insurance before she moved to Idaho in 1992. She has continued to work in the insurance industry as a Commercial Account Representative for over 15 years and has most recently joined Post Insurance in 2010.

Rhonda has completed her Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation and is continuing her education by working towards Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation.

Rhonda is very involved in the community and is stays close by volunteering for Special Olympics of Idaho, Rake Up Boise, and the Eagle Food Bank.

Jessica has been in the insurance industry since 1999. She joined Post Insurance in 2007 as a personal lines agent.

As a member of the National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research, she has completed her Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation in 2004 and is currently working towards completing her Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation.

Natalia started with Post Insurance Services in 2009 as a receptionist/claims coordinator.  She continues to grow with the agency in providing various tasks around the office.
